Guitartooners is created by Alan Otway and his daughter Alyson Otway

Alyson is in charge of illustration (you know, those cute characters you like so much).

She is a lover of all things art and has dabbled in many forms, including illustration, portraiture and graphic design.

She is currently a waitress/artist and aspires to someday win the lottery.

Writing is done by Alan, a.k.a "The Idea Man".

Alan is a musician, song writer, guitar collector and works part time at a music store.

All of this makes him great at writing comics for musicians. That being said, what makes him most suited for the job is that he is a father of three and grandfather of three... So when it comes to "dad jokes", no one tops this pops!
